Program Overview

The one-year diploma prepares students to co-ordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within an establishment, prepare work and production schedules, and monitor the progress of production and construction projects. A minimum mark of 60% is required in all courses to receive the diploma.

Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production and construction projects
Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
Co-ordinate and monitor logistics of movement of parts, supplies and materials within an establishment
Ensure supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule
Prepare and maintain reports on progress of work, materials used, and rates of production
